Relish and savor the taste spoon by spoon and don’t gulp it down as if it were your last meal.
Avoid sugar consumption as conveniently possible by you. If you can’t then reduce the quantity by half that you add to your tea, coffee or homemade sweet preparations of custards, jellies, cakes and pastries.
A Diabetic Diet Option: Become a Vegetarian
Alcohol, beer, wine and cocktails are all instrumental in fluctuating blood sugar levels to alarming proportions. It is sensible enough to limit your intake to one to two pegs a day only. You would need to weekly monitor your blood sugar levels due to this habit of yours.
